At Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic School, we are more than a parish school. We are a family. Many of our students' parents and grandparents walked the same halls, learning to read and write, but also to know, love and serve God here.

Education Philosophy
The Lord has entrusted us as parents and educators with the care of his children – our students. Let us begin each school year rededicated to the task of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our students.
As parents and educators, we will strive to work together to instill in students the desire to live in a moral way and make moral decisions according to Christian values. We will instill respect for an appreciation of each individual person, regardless of cultural, ethnicity, or economic status. We will strive to maintain an environment that promotes love, understanding, acceptance, and respect for oneself and others.
Working with parents and the parish community, we will work to develop students who know the values, beliefs, traditions and practices of the Catholic Church. This includes a knowledge and appreciation of the Scriptures, liturgy, prayer and the necessity of involvement in the parish and the wider community.
Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic School programs will emphasize quality education. Through the guidance and example of the faculty, administration and parents we will work together to create lifelong learners who will be able to live productively in a constantly changing world with strong Catholic values.
